Chungchun Rice Hot Dog is a massive Korean chain that specializes in one thing: Korean-style hot dogs. Founded in 2017, Chungchun Rice Hot Dog opened its first location in Seoul, South Korea. Since then, it has opened more than 200 locations around the world, including United States, China, Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Canada. Due to recent business growth, we are looking for a food service supervisor to join our team in the Pacific Place Mall in Calgary.

Salary
$17.00 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Hire food service staff
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules

Supervision
11-15 people
Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Qualification
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
