City Roofing & Exteriors is a growing and dynamic industry leader that prides itself on safety, quality and customer satisfaction. We work hard to assist our valued customers by providing them with workmanship, service and communication that is far superior to the other roofing companies. We are currently looking for a full time construction helper to assist with on-going projects.

Responsibilities

·       Load, unload and transport construction materials to project sites

·       Gather material & tools needed for assembly & installation of units

·       Remove rubble, snow, water, or debris from sites prior to applying roofing materials

·       Assist in cutting construction materials

·       Mix, pour and spread materials

·       Assist heavy equipment operators in material handling

·       Clean and pile salvaged materials to ensure a safe & organized working environment

·       Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Job details:

·       Job type: full time, permanent

·       Hours of work: 32-40 hours/week

·       Hourly wage:  25 $/hour

·       Languages: English

·       Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

·       Experience: Not required; on-the-job training will be provided.

·       Work site environment: Outdoors/At heights

·       Job location: Various locations in Calgary area

·       Head Office: 3935 3a St NE Unit #3, Calgary, AB T2E 6S7

·       Additional information: fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding

·       Weight handling: lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
