Overview

Clean Start Hoarding and Junk removal Inc is located in Vancouver, BC and is looking to hire 1 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT as soon as possible

Job Duties:

Manage incoming post mails or emails regularly and share and co-ordinate the flow of information internally.
Answer and relay all the inquiries and messages received from telephone calls and emails
Prepare and write invoices to the customers;
Request and order office materials and supplies when needed, and maintain inventory;
Modify, develop, update internal office procedures when required;
Prepare and write minutes of meetings and share the information within the workplace
When employer requests, arrange travel schedules and make reservation for a business trip.
Compile data, statistics and other information
Perform other duties as requested.
Job Requirement:
Completion of secondary school is required
Completion of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries
OR
1 year of related work experience

Job Location:
312 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 2T2

Salary:
$26.44 per hour for 40 hrs/week, Overtime available after 40 hours per week
