$18.00 per hour plus medical and dental benefits upon completion of 3 months probationary period, 40 hours per week, permanent, full-time night shift only.
Completion of secondary education is required. 2 years to less than 3 years work experience as a Baker is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to COBS recipes or special customer orders. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Bake mixed dough and batters. Train staff in preparation, baking and handling of baked goods. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Frost and decorate baked goods. Draw up production schedules. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Operate machinery. Organize and maintain inventory for sale the next morning.
