Delhi 6 Indian Bistro Ltd. located in Vancouver BC requires 2 full time Cooks to join its team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties of Job:

Prepare both veg and non-veg dishes as per restaurant menu.
Prepare sauces and dips.
Supervise kitchen helpers.
Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.
Make sure kitchen is clean and sanitized as per by laws.
May hire and Train kitchen staff when required.
Maintain inventory and records of food and other supplies.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Job Requirements:

Completion of secondary school
1 year of experience in cooking
Or
Completion of college or other program in cooking
Or

Completion of 3 years of apprenticeship program for Cooks

 

Language Requirement: English

 

Job Location: 1766 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6J 4Z9

 

Salary: $17.62/hr for 40hrs/week
