Overview

Dosa Factory Restaurant Ltd. located at 1345 Kingsway Vancouver, BC V5V3E3 requires one Full Time Assistant Manager to join its team as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Manage, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage, recruit and train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Ensure Restaurant policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards
• Provide customer service

Salary: $28.85/hr for 40/hrs per week.
