Wage: $25.00 per hour

Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration and 10 days paid vacation.

Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week

Job Duties:

–       Set up tools for operations and examinations

–       Clean, sterilize and organize tools after operations and examinations

–       Expose X-ray under the supervision of dentists.

–       Advise patients’ concerning oral hygiene

–       Perform duties as directed by dentists

–       Prepare invoices, process payments, and schedule appointments with patients

–       Maintain stocks for dental supplies

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of an eight-month to one-year college or other program in dental assistance

OR completion of secondary school with on-the-job training.

 

Experience: Experience is an asset.
