Overview

Dragon Stone Enterprises is seeking two Stone Polishers to join our team.

Permanent, Full-time, 30-40 hours a week, $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
– Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce smooth finish
-Operate hand tools and power equipment for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone materials
-Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing
-Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
-Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
– High school diploma is required;
– Experience as a helper or labourer in concrete, clay or stone products manufacturing is an asset;
– On-the-job training is provided;
– Ability to work independently;
– English language is required;
