Job Description:
Position: Bottle Sorter
Employer: DYNASTY RECYCLING CO.LTD dba Rupert Bottle Depot
Working Location: 900 2 Ave W, Prince Rupert, BC V8J 1H7
Wage: $18.50 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Language: English
Vacant: 2
Benefit: 4% Vacation Fee or 10 days paid vacation
Job Duties including but not limited to:
– Transport received recycling bottles & other items and equipment throughout the bottle depot manually or using powered equipment
– Check and weigh recycling bottles and other items
– Sort, pack crate and package recycling bottles and other items
– Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
– Clean work areas and equipment
– Perform other laboring and elemental activities
Job Requirements:
Education: No formal education is required.
Experience: No formal experience is required but experience is an asset.
On job training is provided.
