O-Sho Japanese Restaurant is looking for full-time permanent Kitchen Helpers to join our busy team!

Position: Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Vacancies: 5
Hourly Wage: $15.00-$17.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 311 4th Street South Lethbridge, AB T1J 1Z9
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare the food ingredients as requested
• Ensure all the vegetables and meats are fresh
• Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables
• Help in unloading and check the food deliveries
• Load and unload the dishwasher
• Wash the dishes and utensils
• Clean the kitchen station all the time
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
• Make sure the kitchen equipment are well cleaned aft er use
• Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Will train; Previous experience/good understanding of Asian Cuisine will be an asset
• Flexibility; Organized; Team player; Reliability
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks
