Job Description and Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food

·       Inspect kitchen and food service areas

·       Set up cooking line for food service

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies and special requests

·       Maintaining cleanliness of workplace, equipment and self to uphold Food Safe standards

·       Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment

 

Employment Requirements:

·       Completion of secondary school required.

·       Completion of trade certificate or formal culinary education preferred.

·       At least one year of experience as a cook.

·       Positive attitude and team player and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
