Job title: In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 32 and 40 hours per week). Flexible hours are required. English or French. Job start date is November 1, 2023
Language requirements: English or French
Salary: Wage offered is between $15.25 and $16.50 per hour. If minimum wage is paid, the wage will be adjusted when the provincial wage changes.
Location: LaPu… lives in the city of Beaconsfield, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood. The city bus is easily accessible and close by. The major intersection is Sherbrooke/Montrose
Duties may include:
1- This job is to care for an elderly couple. The wife suffers from Dementia.
2- Supervision and assistance is required
3- Help with daily routine including personal hygiene, dressing and medications
4- Plan, prepare and serve meals. Kitchen clean-up is also required
5- General housework that will include doing laundry, and dusting
Qualifications:
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
