Overview
Job title- In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment- This job is for a full-time position (40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. French or English. Job start date is June 1, 2023.
Salary- Wage offered is between $15.25 and $16.00 per hour. If Quebec minimum wage is paid, future wage adjustments will be made when the provincial minimum wage rate changes.
Location- Mr. J. Klu… lives in the city of Westmount, in Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (bus #124 or #66). The major intersection is Victoria/The Boulevard.
Duties may include:
1- This job is to help with the care of one new born baby and a 3 year old
2- Supervision of baby when parents are not at home
3- Sterilize bottles, prepare formula and change diapers
4- Bathe, dress and feed infant
5- General housework that will include doing laundry and ironing
6- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment
Qualifications: similar to NOC 4411
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver.
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
4- Experience with young babies is an asset
5- light household chores like laundry and dusting house, keeping play area tidy
6- meal prep and cooking for kids.
