Firehouse Subs is located in Markham, ON and is looking to hire a FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR as soon as possible:

Duties:

• Prepare schedules and assign work to staff.
• Supervise co-ordinate staff and their activities.
• Responsible for daily operations including but not limited to cash flow for
point of sales, inventory and restocking of food supplies.
• Hire and Train new staff.
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure Food service and quality control
• Maintain inventory level for supplies, checking daily inventory and also end
of week to estimate and order ingredients.
• Maintain records of repairs, sales and wastage.
• May evaluate performance of employees and provide feedback to the
owner.
• May resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly
and professional manner.
• Follow Firehouse Sub’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards

Salary: $17.50 per hour for 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1 Year of experience in the food industry
OR
Completion of College program in food service administration, hotel and
restaurant management or related field with 6 months of experience.
