Overview

Forty Five Ventures Management is seeking four Assistant Cooks to join their Vancouver team as well as their food truck.

Full-time; Permanent; $18.50 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus based on sales performance. Standard 6-8 hours shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 7:00am and 10:00pm as required.

There are two physical locations:

1. 1370 E Georgia St, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1Z6
2. 52 Powell Street, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1E7

Duties:
– Cooking everything on the menu;
– Prepare ingredients and other Japanese food;
– Supervise kitchen staff.

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– English language ability required;
– Japanese language ability is an asset.
