The Food Service Supervisors shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job tasks:
Reporting to Senior Management, the Food Service Supervisor is responsible for but not limited to:
Supervise and co-ordinate duties and activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Supervise production, quality & distribution goals to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Ensure that kitchen equipment is always in good working order
Coach & mentor employees to fulfill their job duties properly & effectively
Train new staff in job duties & all health & safety policies and procedures.
Ensure all health & safety policies and procedures are always adhered to by all staff
Supervise staff work schedules & maintain detailed records of work schedules
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Address customers’ complaints
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, procurement, & receiving
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Skills, Experience and Education Required:
· Experience in food preparation or customer service is considered an asset.
· Supervisory or managerial experience is considered an asset
· Excellent oral communication in English
· Friendly, Team Player, Organized, Reliable, Punctual, Attention to detail, Flexibility, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, Dependable, Clean, Effective interpersonal skills

Wage and Hours: $13.50 -$15.00 per hour – 40 hours per week, overtime pay after 40 hours per week
· Overtime pay and holiday pay. Dental & extended medical insurance after 1 year
