It is a unique and innovative business that serves original, high quality products. FuwaFuwa means Fluffy Fluffy. The Edmonton cafe is located at 1217 Windermere Way SW, Edmonton, Alberta T6W 0P1. They are accepting applications for the position of FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR.
$18.65 per hour, permanent, full-time up to 40 hours per week.
Completion of secondary education is required. 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience in the food service industry is required. Ability to communicate in English is required.
Job description:
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Address customers’ complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for the Kitchen staff. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
