G S S Apparels Inc. DBA Juniors Court is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

·         Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

·         Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.

·         Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.

·         Develop and implement marketing strategies.

·         Implement price and credits policies.

·         Determine merchandise and services to be sold.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         University degree or college diploma will be an asset.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

 

Salary:              $37.15/hour
