Vive Artistic Nails & Spa is hiring a Beauty Salon Receptionist (permanent, full-time position)!

Employer: Gentle Nails and Spa Inc. o/a Vive Artistic Nails & Spa

Position: Beauty Salon Receptionist (NOC 14101)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Hourly Wage: $20 to $22 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 3511 20 Street SW Calgary, Alberta T2T 2E3

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·       Welcome and assist customers by directing them to contacts and service areas

·       Obtain and manage information required to deliver excellent customer service

·       Record and communicate information accurately and effectively

·       Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth scheduling

·       Maintain organized work records and logs

·       Process payments and receipts accurately

·       Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting and distributing mail

·       Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls as needed

·       Calculate billing charges

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

·      Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience

·       Training will be provided

·       Ability to build a good relationship with customers

·       Well organized; client focus; team player

Language:

·       English required
