Glacier House Hotel & Resort in Revelstoke is looking for a Hotel Managing Supervisor

 

Position: Hotel Managing Supervisor (NOC 62022)

Number of Positions: 1

Wage: $21.15 – $25.00 per hour

Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Work Location: 1870 Glacier Ln, Revelstoke, BC V0E 2S0

Vacation: 4% of vacation fee

Language of Work: English

Duties:

Assign, coordinate, and review tasks

Create work schedules, procedures and coordinate activities with other units

Review all reservations to ensure requests are met

Provide information and communicate services to our guests about local attractions and activities

Handle guest concerns and react quickly

Recruit and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requisition supplies and materials

Ensure that computer systems, equipment, and machinery operate smoothly, and schedule maintenance and repairs

 

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory roles in customer service, sales, or a related field
