Black + Blue Restaurant @ 130 King Street West, Toronto ON – Looking to fill 3 permanent full time 3rd/Prep Cook

3rd cook/prep cook perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
    Prepare and cook special means as instructed by chefs
    May supervise kitchen helpers
    May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies & equipment
    May set up and oversee buffets
    May clean kitchen and work area
    May train kitchen helpers
    May assist with determining size of food portions, estimate food requirements and monitor and order supplies

Rate of pay: $19-20hr with guaranteed 30 hours of employment
Extended Health/Dental plan: after 6 months of employment
Minimum 1 year cooking experience
