Overview

We are looking for 2 full time permanent Restaurant Managers for Glowbal Restaurant Group @ Black + Blue located at 130 King Street West, Toronto, ON and Coast Restaurant located at 1054 Alberni Street, Vancouver, BC

Key Responsibilities:
·         plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations with other managers
·         monitor revenue and modify procedures under direction of General Manager
·         ensure health and safety regulations are followed
·         participate in marketing plans and implementation
·         set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
·         address customers’ complaints and concerns
·         provide customer service
·         recruit, train and supervise staff

Key Requirement:
·         min 2 years’ experience in similar position and environment
·         must have passion for the hospitality industry
·         proficient in MS office
·         excellent leadership and motivation skills
·         strong interpersonal skills
·         ability to prioritize, organize and follow through as necessary
·         a clear thinker
·         capacity to work well under pressure
·         ability to hold oneself and others accountable
·         ability to communicate in English

Education/Certification:
·         completion of high school
·         Smart Serve / Serving it Right

Benefits:
Wage – $29.00-32.00 /hour
Hours – minimum 30hours per week
Cell phone credit & dry cleaning allowance could be available
Extended health and dental after 3 months of employment
