Overview

Guru’s Pizza Ltd. is looking 3 Food Counter Attendants  to join them as soon as possible, on a
permanent, full-time (35-40 hours/week) basis with a salary of $16.00 to $17.00/hr. (depending on
exp.).

Work location: Unit 10, 1257 Commercial Way, Squamish, BC V8B 0Z4

Job Duties:
 Take customers’ orders and prepare food and beverages such as pizzas, salads, and other
items as per customers’ preference.
 Stock refrigerators and salad bars
 Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
 Portion and wrap foods
 Package take-out food
 Keep records of the quantities of food used
 Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
 Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
 Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests
 Maintain sanitation of the work place including floors, tables, ledges, and counters
 Maintain awareness with menu and special items

Job Requirements:
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Experience an asset
Language: Must be able to communicate in English

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads,
Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
