Position: Retail Butcher

Working Location: Same as business address

Wage: $20.50/per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week

Number of Positions: 2

Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Group insurance benefits will be provided and a 10% discount after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:

·         Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry

·         Cut and pack according to present at the self-serve counter

·         Display meat, poultry

·         Manage Invertory, and track records.

·         Weigh meat, poultry to price label.

·         Check food storage condition meets health standards

 

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: No formal experience is required, but experience is an asset.

On job training will be provided

Language: English
