We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Managers to work in our restaurant located in Cranbrook.

· Wage: $25.00 per hour

· Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

· Benefit: 10 days paid vacation a year OR 4% of vacation pay.

*Job Duties

– Assist the restaurant manager in organizing and evaluating the operations of a restaurant

– Assist the restaurant manager in negotiating prices and check the qualities of ingredients or other supplies with suppliers

– Plan to enhance customer services

– Review and control staff working schedules

– Control inventory to minimize loss and waste

– Do other duties assigned by the restaurant manager

 

*Job Requirements

· Education: Completion of secondary School

· Experience:

Completion of a college or equivalent program related hospitality or food and beverage service management

or

· Minimum 1-2 years experience in this field including supervisory experience
