Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Main Duties:
· Post journal entries and perform bookkeeping tasks in different softwares
· Prepare Financial Statements, reconcile accounts and maintain general ledges
· Prepare, submit and complete payroll, tax remittances and WorkSafeBC reports
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
· Store, update and retrieve financial data
· Sort, process and verify papers, receipts and other documents
· Locate and remove files requested, Label files and filling documents according to retention and disposal schedules in a storage area
· Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
· Maintain and prepare other reports from manual or electronic files
· Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
· Prepare invoices and bank deposits, writing cheques for payables
· Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Job Requirements:
· Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks
· Work under pressure
· Excellent communication and written skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook
Education: Completion of college diploma from 1 year to 2 years
Experience: At least experience of 7 months in related field
Language: English
Wages: $ 26.50/hr
