Overview

Misako Hair Studio is seeking two Hairstylists for its Burnaby location.
Permanent, Full-time; Standard 6-8 hours a day; 30 to 40 hours per week; $17.00 per hour or 40% commission, whichever is higher.

Duties include: regular hairstyling (hair trim/cut, style, colour, etc) as well as hairstyling for special occasions such as weddings.

Requirements:
– Must have completed an apprenticeship or college program in hairstyling plus on the job training OR have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience if no formal hairstyling training or education.
– Previous experience in Japanese wedding hairstyling and Japanese language ability are assets.
– English Language ability is required.
