Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Compensation: $26.44 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours/week

Vacant: 2

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee renumeration

 

Job Duties

 

– Receive and respond to daily emails from employers, colleagues, and clients.

– Handle requests for information and date.

– Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.

– Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.

– Receive and record payments.

– Arrange a meeting with clients regarding inquiries.

– Organize clients’ files and forward them to responsible colleagues.

 

Job Requirements

 

– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

– Experience: Completion of a one or two-year college or other programs in administrative assistant OR the equal amount of previous clerical experience is preferred.
