Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning
Hourly Wage: $16.10-18.00 (Possibility for additional tips)
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 311 4th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1J 1Z9
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Provide outstanding food and beverage service to customers
· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food/drink
· Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment from customers, also, balance cash and record sales
· Provide sufficient explanation/recommendation on menu selection and take orders
· Submit food order summaries to Kitchen
· Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service
· Place orders to vendors for required supplies
· Train and mentor staff in workplace safety, sanitation and job duties
· Ensure that health and safety regulations as well as quality control standards are being met, in order to maintain a sanitary environment and excellent food and service
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Completion of high school education
Several (2-3) years of work experience in food service/handling industry
Physically capable of performing the required duties and work on flexible hours by shift
