Fei Enterprises Inc. c/o Freshco Poke is looking for a full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to join our busy team in northwest of Calgary.

Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Morning, Evening
Hourly Wage: $18 hourly

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 2500 University Drive NW, Suite 297, Calgary, Alberta, T2N 1N4

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the food and services delivered meet quality control standards as per Alberta Health Services;
• Supervise on food and services related matters, including scheduling and work assigning;
• Assist in customer issues and provide excellent customer services on a daily basis;
• Estimate and order supplies and to provide efficient restaurant service when needed;
• Obtain and maintain stocks, repairs, sales and wastage records;
• Organize daily opening or closing activities, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage refilling, etc.;
• Follow sanitation guidelines;
• Assist in the training of new employees.

•Other duties assigned by the manager/owner

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Secondary school (senior high) graduation; Additional education in a related field as an asset
• More than 7 months of work experience in food service industry
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant/catering service setting is preferred;
• Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Team player
