Hungry Zus is looking for full time Kitchen Supervisor!
Position: Kitchen Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Term of Employment: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Work Location: 433 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6C 1T1
Vacation Fee: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
– Assign and coordinate work of kitchen staff to promote efficiency of operations
– Manage kitchen inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies
– Prepare food order summaries for chef
– Supervise & train kitchen staff in sanitation and safety procedures
– Schedule and manage staffs shifts
– Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry is needed
-Completion of Secondary School
-English is required
