Job Position: Office Administrator
Job location: Suite 1209, 3730-108 Ave NE, Calgary AB T3N 1V9
Job Type: Full time – Permanent (30-35 hours/week)

Salary: $30/hour
Language requirement: English
Minimum education requirement: Completion of Secondary (high) school
Work experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role/position

Description of job duties:

-Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
-Schedule and arrange meetings, events & work schedules for the staff and/or clients
-Receive and process communication channels, including email, phone, regular mail, and other documents
-Prepare reports to help track company expenses, budgets & other market activities
-Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
-Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Other administrative duties as and when assigned by management.
