NOC: 73201 (TEER 3)
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Start: as soon as possible
Starting compensation: 21.0CAD/hour.
Positions available: 3
Hours of work: 40 hours/week

Job duties:
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
Respond to requests for minor repairs
Perform daily inspections on the building systems
Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters, and plumbers
Help preparing rooms prior to the arrival of new guests
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
May supervise other laborers.
Education:
Secondary school education minimum
Requirements:
Must have prior experience as Maintenance worker (1 year or more)
Must have operational knowledge of English (CLB 5)
Must possess the ability adapt to flexible schedule as needed
Must be safety-oriented
Must have excellent problem-solving abilities
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must have positive attitude and work well in a team environment
Familiarity with pools, electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems is an asset.
The ability to lift items up to 50 lb. is an asset.
