Work Location: Same as above

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Vacancy: 2

Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week

Wage: $14.50 – $19.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

 

l  Prepare and cook various types of Korean and Japanese hot food such as tempura, noodle, teriyaki, katsu, bibimbob and etc.

l  Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.

l  Cook food according to recipes.

l  Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.

l  Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education: Completion of high school is required

Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
