Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Wage: $21.00/per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week

Number of Positions: 1

Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement

Language: English

 

Job Duties:

a)     Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate activities of staff.

b)    Resolve work-related problems.

c)     Authorize payments and the return of merchandise under the store refund policy.

d)    Train new staff and assign their duties.

e)     Requisition supplies and materials.

f)      Maintain inventory, order merchandise, and ensure items are in stock.

g)    Maintain store cleanliness, monitor shelves stocks, product display, and general appearance of the store.

 

Skills Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of any supervisory work experience or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer,
door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.

Language: English
