Overview

Inail Spa Inc. is seeking a Spa Manager for their downtown Vancouver nail spa.

Permanent, full-time (30-40 hours per week); $28.37 per hour. Plus bonus available based on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hours shift for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10:30am and 7pm as required.

Duties:
– Overall management of the nail spa, includes plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations;
– Hire and supervise nail artists;
– Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer complaints;
– Plan advertising and marketing strategies;
– Assist the nail artists when needed.

Qualifications:
– Completion of the secondary school is required;
– Previous experience as a nail artist is an asset;
– Completion of the college program in Business Administration or Management OR minimum 3 years of previous nail salon industry experience;
– English language ability required.
