Job Description:

 

– Assisting the management with the overall operation of the hotel in night working hours

– Assist clients/guests with special needs

– Assign job duties to other clerical staff working during night hours

– Create schedules and ensure that proper procedures are followed by the night staff

– Provide assistance, motivation and direction to associates during the shift

– Troubleshoot problem areas and develop solutions

– Resolve issues which night shift staff may face

– Effectively handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary

– Prepare and submit meaningful shift reports for review by the management

– Assist the management in hiring clerical & front desk staff and train and integrate new staff and maintain the company’s policies and procedures

– Maintain and request all the needed materials and supplies in time

– Ensure that the computer systems and other equipment such as vending & ice machines are working properly

– Ensure that proper arrangements are made for repair and maintenance of equipment, when required

– Work as part of team to confirm that the service meets the quality and safety

– Perform the duties of front desk staff occasionally, when required

– Perform any other relevant duties as per management’s request
