J.A.Z. Stucco & Contracting LTD. is looking for Operations Officer to join our team and grow together!
Position: Operations Officer – Administration (NOC 13100)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $29.81-31.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 4310 Macleod Trail SW suite 201 Calgary , AB T2G 0A4
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Carry out administrative activities and set up administrative task priorities
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents and maintain the data securely
· Arrange and co-ordinate booking for in/external meetings
· Maintain management databases and records accurately followed company rules/procedures
· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
· Provide and conduct administrative duties for stable business operations such as budgeting, contracting, and management processes
· Maintain/Renew contracts, licenses, and permits to ensure all procedures and policies are followed
· Prepare and review reports and correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, etc.)
· Develop and suggest company processes and policies to improve upon current methods
· Train and supervise administrative assistants once needed
· Other duties assigned by the owner/manager
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
· A college diploma or university degree in a related field or equivalent experience
· Several (3-5) years of experience in office environment
· Supervisory, coordinating, or managerial experience
· Reliability, Flexibility, Effective interpersonal skills
