Overview

Jaguar Hauling Ltd. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Main Duties:

·         Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.

·         Maintain and order office supplies.

·         Answer and direct phone calls to relevant department.

·         Maintain electronic and hard copy of restaurant filing system.

·         Greeting new and potential customers regarding party/events reservations.

·         Organize and coordinate events list, party host information and guest list.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Minimum one year of experience is required.

 

Salary:                   $29.00/Hour
