Job type: Full time – Permanent (35-40 hours/week)
Wages: $27 to $29/hour
Current positions: 2 (Two)
Tentative start date: As soon as possible

Language requirement: English
Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience in a relevant profile

Job duties and Responsibilities

* Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
* Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
* Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
* Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
* Answer electronic enquiries
* Oversee the preparation of reports
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
* Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
* Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
* Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office
