Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Benefits: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Duties:

 

-Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of those who prepare, portion, and serve food.

-Take, record, and resolve complaints from customers.

-Record and report sales, waste, and incidents.

-Track and order supplies required for food service.

-Establish schedules for staff and manuals.

-Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: One to two years of experience in food service Or, completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management is required.
