Overview

Juniper Pharmacy located in Kelowna BC, is looking to hire a pharmacy assistant as soon as possible.

Duties to performed:

– Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.

– Maintain inventory levels by ordering and stocking medications and supplies.

– Process prescriptions and handle insurance claims.

– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from patients.

– Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

-Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient service.

-Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams

-Enter client information in databases

Requirement for the position:

• Pharmacy Assistant college program, ranging from six to twelve months
• OR completion of secondary school and several months of on-the-job training.

Offered wage: $21.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.
