Job Description:

– Wage: $25.00 per hour

– Number of work hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

– Benefit: 4% gross salary

Job Duties:

– Prepare and record keeping of invoices, reports, and correspondence.
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of business partners.
– Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
– Answer telephone and electronic enquires and relay telephone calls and messages.
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information accounting filling systems.
– Determine and establish office procedures.
– Prepare and record meetings.
– Maintain files of bills and invoices.
– Provide administrative assistance and support to the accounting team.


Job Requirements:

-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

-Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
