Compensation: $ 33.05 per hour

Hours of Work: 30-40 hour per week

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation

Duties:

– Organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the hair salon.

– Address customer complaints or concerns, provide solutions, and improve customer services.

– Establish and ensure that the salon staff follow the policies, procedures, manuals, and regulations.

– Plan and control budget and inventory.

– Manage salon products and maintain records of stock quantities.

– Hire, train and supervise salon staff.

– Plan, account for and report profit and expenses of the salon.

– Manage schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon’s needs on a weekly basis.

– Facilitate regular meetings to discuss booking status, customer feedback, and training.

 

Requirements:

–          Education: Completion of Secondary school is required

–          Experience: At least 3 year of experience as supervisor in any occupation

Or,

At least 3-5 years of experience in hairstyling industry is required
