Kermode Janitorial is actively looking to hire two (2) – Light Duty Cleaners – Office Cleaners for a permanent, full-time position to work in our commercial cleaning company located in Terrace, BC, V8G 0B9.

Kermode Janitorial is a company providing Janitorial Services to several business locations and office spaces.

The Light Duty Cleaners – Office Cleaners shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job tasks:

Job Duties:

·       General office cleaning

·       Dust furniture

·       Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

·       Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

·       Clean and disinfect elevators

·       Vacuum, sweep and mop floors

·       Cleaning and stocking restrooms

·       Collect and dispose of trash

·       Keep cleaning supplies in stock

Skills, Experience & Education Required:

·       Experience is considered an asset

·       Able to communicate in English or French is required

·       Ability to manage your time efficiently

·       Work well and efficiently when supervisor is not present

·       Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies

·       Able to use basic cleaning equipment

Salary and hours: $19.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year
