Kitanoya Guu Gastown is seeking Two Assistant Cooks for their Gastown location.

Permanent, Full-time, 6-8 hours per day; 30-40 hours per week; $17.00 per/hour. Bonus based on Sales Performance.

Standard shift for this position could be scheduled anytime between 10am and 1am as required.

Duties:

– Cooking everything on the menu;
– Prepare ingredients and other Japanese food;
– Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation;

Qualifications:

– Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a commercial cook;
– Japanese language ability is an asset;
– English language ability is required.
