Job Duties:

• Assist client with daily living such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding;
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, sweep and mop floors, cleaning, make beds, garbage removal, and laundry;
• Shop for food and household supplies;
• Prepare and serve a meal to the client;
• Administer medications to the client;
• Follow prescribed Individual Care Plan;
• Provide a safe and supportive environment;
• Keep records of daily activities and health information; and
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Completion of a training program in home support or a related field will be an asset.
• One-year experience is required in the related field.
