Permanent Position: Glass Installer – Glazier

Work start date: As soon as possible

Location of work: 17530 56A Avenue Suite 3, Surrey, BC, V3S 6A2

Wage rate: $35.00 per hour, for 40 Hours per week

Education: High School an asset

Experience: No experience Required. Training will be provided.

Language: Basic Knowledge of English

Job Duties:

· Measure, mark and cut glass using manual or computerized cutter when required

· Position and secure panes in frame within moldings.

· Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products.

· Repair glass doors and other glass structures.

· Replace glass in buildings, furniture and other products.

· Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment.

· May transport cases of glass to the assignment location.

Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.

Working Conditions: Candidates should be physically fit and be able to lift weight (50lbs).
