Assistant Restaurant Manager

Langley Chicken Foods Inc. dba KFC located at 410B 19705 Fraser HWY Langley , BCV3A 7E9 is looking for a  Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team as soon as possible:

Job Duties:

-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
-Manage Restaurant operations
-Recruit Staff, provide training and oversee their daily work duties
-Prepare reports regarding sale’s volume, merchandising and cash flow
-Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
-Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise from different wholesalers
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
-Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
-Address customers’ complaints or concerns
-Recruit, train and supervise staff

Salary: $28.85/Hour for 35 hours a week and over time after 40 Hour/week

Job Requirements:
-Completion of Secondary School is required
-Completion of a collge or other program related to hospitality or food management with at least 1 year of experience
OR
at least 2 years of experience in food service sector

Language: ENGLISH
