Overview

Looking for a Shawarma Chef / Cook with butchering experience to join LAZEEZ Shawarma on a permanent basis. As a Cook, you’ll be in charge of running the kitchen and developing the menu, as well as preparing and cooking meals or individual dishes that satisfies our standards and themes. As a Butcher, you’ll be in charge of cutting, deboning, and creating the shawarma marinades.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing shawarma and marinate.
Must be able to handle heavy skewers of chicken
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Prepares and cook meals.
Manage kitchen operations
Supervise Kitchen staff and helpers
Plan menus, determine meal portion sizes and control quality.
Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Maintain inventory and records of food, monitor and order supplies

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role
Previous experience in butchery and shawarma marinades.
Previous experience with cooking and handling Middle Eastern cuisine.
Ability to work fast paced environment.
Work under pressure, handling heavy loads

Expected start date: As soon as possible
